"Wonderful"
Locations cleanliness, staff, facilities and location were all first class. Shuttle for a cheap $10 Pp each way for pick up and drop off at domestic or international airports. Late open Woolworths and Dan Murphy’s only a 7 minute easy walk away.

Beautiful room, amazing beds and helpful onsite staff. The call centre were a nightmare to deal with trying to find the shuttle , kept telling us it was ‘across the road from where you are’ we explained we were looking at a massive building site and we’re then told they had never been there and weren’t locals so we’re using the same map we were. Connection to the hotel would have made the whole situation less stressful. However once we finally got to the hotel on the shuttle the staff were incredibly helfpful. Room was lovely and shuttle back to the airport efficient.

I arrived very late after a long international flight so was very pleased for the easy check-in and friendly staff. I also requested a late check-out that was given without any problems. The room was spacious, the bed was lovely and comfortable.

Quiet, clean and large room. We used it as an overnight after arriving back from Europe. We caught the shuttle bus from the airport for the quick ride and were charged $10 as it is a price per room (the driver takes your name and then the cost of $10 is added to your room bill at the hotel) no cash or ticket is needed for the bus, which is a great service. We slept soundly and had an exceptional breakfast the next morning. We also asked for a late checkout of 12noon which was granted at no extra cost. We booked through Booking.com and didn’t pay until we arrived at the property. Good old fashioned service!You won’t be disappointed and we will definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately as we had a 7am flight we were unable to use your shuttle service or enjoy breakfast at the hotel. However, we did enjoy diner at the hotel restaurant.
